The first act of this documentary is an analytical investigation into the origins of a seemingly timeless tradition of coffee in Naples. The second act begins with science, dissecting the main notions of how to transform the grain of coffee into a ready-to-drink beverage, without neglecting the main extraction errors and the methodology related to the popular moka. The third act is that of the avant-garde, of experimentation, of reinterpretation and of a cyclical return to tradition. An ancient tradition, adopted, to be rediscovered and handed down.<\/p>\n
